Preparation

Preparation with hot water

Remove the oxygen absorber. Pour 250 ml of boiling water at 100°C directly into the pouch, stir thoroughly and close the pouch again. Let it steep for at least 20 minutes.

Preparation with CONVAR™ Feldküche Flameless Heater

Remove the oxygen absorber and add 250 ml cold water into the pouch. Close and shake well.

Place the pouch into the flameless heater bag. The heating element should be placed at the bottom. Activate the heating element with 250 ml of water and partially seal the heater bag.

After 20 minutes of heating, carefully remove and open the pouch. Enjoy your Currywurst directly from the pouch while hot.
