  • Providing customer support by telephone
  • Processing concerns
  • Documentation of communication
  • Optimization and improvement of the AI system
  • Quality assurance and technical maintenance

Legal basis:

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR with consent.

Recipient of the data:

  • CONVAR EUROPE GmbH and our processors (e.g. cloud service providers such as Microsoft, Google, Supabase)
  • In the case of transfer outside the EU, data processing is carried out in accordance with the standard data protection clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR)

Duration of storage:

Personal data is only stored for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes or as long as there are legal storage obligations.
