Preparation

Preparation with hot water

First remove the oxygen absorber from the bag. Then pour 400 ml of boiling water at 100 °C over the contents of the bag, stir well and leave the dish to infuse in the resealed bag for at least 12 minutes.

Preparation in the CONVAR™ heating bag system

First remove the oxygen absorber from the bag. Then pour 400 ml of cold water over the contents of the bag. Then close the bag tightly and shake the contents vigorously for a short time.

Place the sealed bag in the heating bag. The previously unpacked heating element should be at the bottom of the heating bag. Activate the heating element with 250 ml of water and partially seal the heating bag according to the instructions.

After a cooking time of 12 minutes, remove the inner bag, open it carefully and enjoy the dish hot.

Cold preparation

Mix the dish with the specified amount of water and leave to infuse for 40 minutes.
