EF MEALS Milanese-style pan bread is a product from the EF Emergency Food Group Catering range. This range offers high-quality staple foods and complete meals in large containers. They are packed in a robust protective bucket and additionally shrink-wrapped for extra security.

All products in this range comply with the international ETP (Easy To Prepare) standard. This means that they can be prepared in the simplest way possible, usually by adding hot or cold water.

The EF group catering products are packaged in the de facto standard for mobile field kitchens and come in 25-portion units. The product is NOT packaged in separate individual portions.

This aromatic Milanese-style pan bread has a hearty Mediterranean flavor. Selected ingredients such as peppers, onions, and potatoes give it a spicy, full-bodied taste. Ideal for emergency supplies, field kitchen catering, and civil protection and disaster control. It offers a flexible baking solution without an oven and complements any meal as a filling side dish.

Easy preparation

Mix each unit (2.5 kg) with 1.5 liters of cold water and then let it rest for 10 minutes. Then form small flatbreads from the dough and fry them on both sides in a medium-hot pan until they are golden brown.
