Preparation

Remove the desired amount from the package and pour boiling hot water over it. Use slightly more than twice the amount of water compared to the amount of minced meat, so that the minced meat is lightly covered (18 g minced meat with approx. 42 ml water).

Then let the product stand for about 10 minutes to achieve the optimal consistency. Afterwards, drain off the excess water.

Alternatively, the product can be added directly to the cooking process without any soaking time.
