Preparation

First remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch. Then pour 400 ml of boiling water at 100 °C into the pouch, stir well, and let it steep in the closed pouch for at least 20 minutes.

First remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch. Then add 400 ml cold water, close the pouch, and shake well.

Place the sealed pouch into the heating bag. The heating element should be positioned at the bottom. Activate it with 250 ml water and partially close the heating bag according to instructions.

After 20 minutes, remove the inner pouch, open carefully, and enjoy hot.
