Preparation

Knead the contents of the bag with 60 ml of cold water to form a smooth dough. Then let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Then form a thin flatbread and bake in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Alternatively, the dough can be wrapped around a stick and baked over the embers to make aromatic stick bread.
