Preparation

Preparation with hot water

First remove the oxygen absorber from the bag. Then pour 350 ml of hot, boiling water over the dish in the bag, stir well and leave to infuse in the resealed bag for at least 12 minutes.

Preparation in the CONVAR™ heating bag system

First remove the oxygen absorber from the bag. Then stir 350 ml of cold water into the dish. Place the bag in the CONVAR™ heating bag system and heat the dish evenly for at least 15 minutes.

Cold preparation

Mix the meal with the specified amount of water and let it stand for 40 minutes.
