The vegetable mix from CONVAR™ BASICS consists of dried carrot pieces and dried yellow and green peas. It is ideal for cooking vegetable sauces, soups and rich stews, among other things. A valuable addition for long-term stockpiling and emergency supplies.

Preparation

Remove the desired amount from the packaging and scald with hot, boiling water.
Depending on the product, leave to infuse for up to 25 minutes to achieve the optimum consistency.
Alternatively, the product can also be added directly to the cooking process without the infusion time.
