EF butter powder is a product from the EF Emergency Food group catering range. It offers high-quality staple foods and complete meals in bulk packs. They are packed extra securely in a robust protective bucket and also shrink-wrapped.

All products in this range comply with the international ETP standard(Easy To Prepare). This means that they can be prepared in the simplest possible way, usually just by adding hot or cold water.

Versatile in use

This butter powder is suitable for spreading on bread as well as for baking. Thanks to its long shelf life and safe packaging, it is ideal for emergency supplies, use in field kitchens and in civil protection and disaster relief.

Simple preparation

The butter powder is mixed with cold water in a ratio of 2:1 (butter powder to water). Stir briefly to obtain a spreadable butter alternative.

Yield

The 4 kg of butter powder yield approx. 6 kg of butter, which is an ideal solution for bulk consumers and long-term storage.
